So today I wanted to share a 3 part challenge so you can see how good your hip stability actually is! ---- ✅Here is the lineup for the challenge today: ➡️Challenge 1)Single leg reach with knee drive. 👉🏽The forward reach and knee drive challenge the hip in the frontal plane ➡️Challenge 2)Standing hip rotation with hinge 👉🏽The addition of the band makes your hip resist rotation the whole time. Tough! ➡️Challenge 3)Weighted Skater squat 👉🏽Make sure to not let the knee cave in on these. The hip is critical for this. ---- ⁉️Can you do all 3?
