Braised Pork Ribs
Ingredients • 600g of pork ribs • 2 shallots, minced • 5 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tbsp ketchup • 1 tbsp Sriracha, or any Chilli sauce • 1/2 tsp pepper • 1/2 brown sugar • 1 tbsp white sugar • 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce • fresh chili, fresh onion for garnish • 600 ml of water, separated • 4 tbsp cooking oil Method • 1) Place the ribs in boiling water pot, keep it boil for about 3 minutes then remove. Rinse under the water. Pat dry and fry them in a frying pan over medium high heat with 4 tbsp of cooking oil until they're golden brown (don't cook them too long). Transfer to bowl. • 2) Add minced shallots and garlic.
