Hello all,I just got back from the first of two 2010 trips up to our place in Nova Scotia, and I thought I'd post pics of our project.My wife and I have been in the process of building a cabin on an uninhabited island off of the east coast of Nova Scotia for about 4 years now. Since we only manage to get up there for a week or so each summer, progress has been slow.

Hello, I thought I would share our project since I checked this site repeatedly during the build. I have a ton of progress shots but will just give an overview now.

I've been living full time in my 12x16 cabin since May of 2008. The cabin was built by myself and my brother-in-law, Greg.

Our 9x12 Super Bunkie has always been one of my favourites! With a loft, porch & lots of windows for fresh air, this little cabin is a great way to accommodate a few extra guests.

Cabin Forum/Blog: This is a hunting cabin that two friends and I built in the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington. It is 12 X 16 with a 10/12 roof pitch. It has a loft over half of the inside space, 12V RV lighting, and propane heating (a Big Buddy heater).
