This is the vine I am going to attach the tissue paper grapes to. I used green tissue and crepe papers, cut into rough leaf shapes and stapled in groups of 5 to mesh ribbon. The mesh ribbon was saved from a flower arrangement and the green curling ribbon was left over from Christmas. Very cheap, yet very effective.

We used this leaf SVG cut file to create this beautiful crepe paper leaf garland. Crepe paper flowers and leaves are such a beautiful form of arts and crafts!
