12 large medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup clean pure almond or peanut butter (120g)
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
3/4 cup almonds, lightly chopped (105g)
1/3 cup pistachios (40g)
1 cup of jumbo gf and organic (rolled) oats (80g)
1/3 cup dried cranberries (40g)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Pinch sea salt, optional
