Kaylee Kuzma, PT, DPT on Instagram: "✨As a physical therapist, this is one of my favorite deadbug hacks to give patients who struggle to engage their core!

✨All you need to do is place a physioball between your hands and knees and push down into the ball with your arms (you should feel your core engaged at this moment). Maintain that push into your knees throughout the whole exercise!

✨Hope this tip helps someone!

There are so many benefits to utilizing a physioball: The often ignored parents will love it because it is actually way better on our backs instead of always having to go to the floor! Similarly to using wedges, boppys, and legs - elevating your baby off the ground actually helps them tolerate the position longer. You can change where the visual target is.
