Ingredients:
Meringue
- 4 egg whites
- 250g caster sugar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pink food colouring 

Topping
- 200g double cream
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- strawberries
- raspberries

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 100°C
2. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form then whisk the caster sugar in 1bsp at a time
3. Whisk in the cornflour, vanilla extract and pink food colouring
4. Pipe the meringue into mini hearts on a baking sheet
5. Bake for 1 hr & 10 mins then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside
6. Whisk the double cream and sugar then pipe on top of the cooled meringue
7. Decorate with strawberries and raspberries
