Bayan’s kitchen 🥣 on Instagram: "Pistachio lazy cake 🍰   1 cup whipping cream  1 cup pistachio cream  400g tea biscuits  1 tsp rose water 1/2 cup whole pistachios  Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut   Warm up the whipping cream and pour it over the pistachio cream in a large bowl.  Let it sit for 5 minutes, then add the rose water and whisk really well until smooth. Break the biscuits apart by hand and add them to the pistachio cream. Give it a good mix, then transfer the mixture onto 2 overlapping pieces of plastic wrap. Shape it roughly into a log, then roll the plastic over and twist the sides to seal. Freeze overnight or minimum 4-6 hours. Then cut into slices and keep stored in the freezer until you’re ready to serve. Can be eaten straight from frozen."
