What You Need:
🥒 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella
🥩 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
🍅 1/2 cup marinara sauce (e.g., from @yomamasfoods)
🥛 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
🧀 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
🥚 1 large egg
🌿 Italian seasoning
🧄 Garlic powder, salt & pepper

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Place zucchini slices on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let them sit to remove excess moisture.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings until well combined.
