When people leave you out

Why do people leave? There are a million reasons why; and often it means nothing about you. Of course sometimes people leave because they arent being honoured and respected. There are times when people leave and it really is about us and thats where shadow work comes in. We do need to look at the ways we sabotage love and push people away or let our shadows rule in relationship. Thats part of the inner-work. But making ourselves responsible for why other people leave or cant show up for us…

Sometimes, when people decide to leave you for good, you have to let them, no matter how much you don’t want them to. There are some things that are far beyond our control. Even if you have the strength to fight for them, you have to accept the cold harsh truth — the people that you can’t live without, can live without you.
