I think that should be good. Now we're going to pick this up and we're going to go over here where we got some zesty cheese flavoured Doritos that I've crushed up. And to fine little pieces. And then we're just going to get a nice crusting of that all over our tortilla wrap. Doing both sides. So we're going to pick it up from the middle like that. And go over here to our oven rack. And we're just going to place it on there like so. And we're going to place this right into the middle here. And we just want to cook these for about five to 10 minutes until everything gets nice and crispy. So now we're going to take these very carefully. You can let them cool down a little bit before you start taking them off. And then we're just going to place them onto our plate over here. These look so good. I can't wait to dig in. Cheers. Wow.

This original video was produced by Network Media, LLC and Justine Kameron | By Life with Coco | This is my favorite Mexican dinner. We're starting off with some corn tortillas and we're going to add a little slit right there. Once we have our slit on our tortillas, we are going to put them in our muffin tin and then add our ground beef. We're going to add about four tablespoons of cooked ground beef into each of our tortillas. Then I'm going to add some green chilies. You can skip this if you don't like the heat but I personally love some green chili. Then we're going to add some red enchilada sauce. Add as little or as much as you like into each cup. We're finishing this off with some Mexican cheddar Jack cheese and we're going to put a generous amount of cheese on top of our little tortilla cups. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes and there you go. So good, so easy. Once they've cooled down, you're going to go ahead and serve them up with some sour cream and enjoy. You'll love these.
