Yep, no bake caramel cookies. These ones are so good. You've gotta save this recipe and try it. You just need two cups of sugar. Three fourths cup of butter and 2/ 3 cup of evaporated milk. Turn your heat to a medium high. Mix it up and bring it to a boil. And once your mixture begins to boil, do not stir. Allow it to boil for one more minute. After a minute of allowing it to boil, turn off your heat. Remove it from the heat and mix in one pack of butterscotch instant pudding. And about a/ 2 a teaspoon of vanilla. And just mix it all up until it's completely combined. Mm look at that. I wish you could smell it. Now you want to add in three and a half cups of oats. And just mix it all up until everything's combined. Just like that. Now you want to get some baking sheets and line them with parchment paper. And just use a cookie scoop or even teaspoons and take a scoop and put it on your pan. Take a scoop and put it on your pan. They don't have to be perfect. They're homemade. You can make these as big or as little as you like. And they'll set up pretty And just like that you have a

9.4K views · 2.5K reactions | 4 Ingredient Coconut Cream Truffles! They’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and can even be made sugar free! Ingredients: •1/3 cup coconut cream •3/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut •1/3 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate (I used dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate — use sugar free chocolate to keep the recipe sugar free) •1 tsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. Mix together the coconut cream and shredded coconut in a bowl then scoop the mixture with a tablespoon or cookie dough scoop and roll into balls. 2. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours to harden. 3. Once the balls are hardened, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or using the double boiler method, stirring frequently until melted. 4. Once the chocolate is melted, remove the coconut balls from the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate. Place the chocolate coated balls back on the lined tray and sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional). 5. Place the truffles in the fridge until the chocolate shell hardens, then dig in and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge. Notes: •For a sweeter truffle filling, use sweetened coconut flakes or add a little bit of a natural sweetener to the truffle filling (e.g. honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar) •If the filling is too dry, add more coconut cream. If it’s too wet, add more coconut flakes. #coconutcream #chocolatecoconut #truffles #vegantruffles #refinedsugarfree #healthydessert #nobakedessert #sugarfreedessert #paleodessert #glutenfreedessert #almondjoy #moundsbar | Ruth Anne Bigley
Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Squares | Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Squares - Do you remember having these in your school cafeteria as a kid? I DO! Oh boy are they good - and easy too!... | By Jasgur Crew | Our one and 1/ 4 cup peanut butter and two sticks of melted butter. We are going to mix two cups of white powdered sugar. I'm going to put half of that in to get it good started and I also crunched up just so you can see here in a bag. I had graham crackers about an eighty graham cracker crumbs. So, I I used about 12 full graham crackers. I'm going to put half of that mixture in here now as well. Now, I'm going to dump in the other half of the powdered sugar and the other half the graham crackers. It's important that you mix this by hand and not use a hand mixer. So, you get all the sugar mixed in by hand. Also, I've used creamy peanut butter. You are welcome if you're a crunchy family to use crunchy. We are then going to pour this in a prepared, I sprayed with pan, a prepared nine by 13 pan. Perfect. We're going to move on to the topping now. The topping consist of two thirds of a cup of peanut butter. It's hiding in here and one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. I am now going to microwave these and melt them down. I'm going to start with 30 seconds and I'm going to check them every 10 seconds to make sure we don't burn the chocolate. Here we go, our melted chocolate peanut butter mixture perfectly melted in the microwave. I'm now going to pour this gently over our peanut butter mixture. Okay. These are ready to refrigerate for two hours until they're nice and firm and we're going to slice them and enjoy. Our no bake chocolate peanut butter squares are out of the refrigerator. I'm going to show you the bottom is peanut butter and the top is the melted chocolate peanut butter mixture. They look and smell just like I remember but I'm going to take this recipe one step further for you because this is a lot. If you're like me and you really like to bake, you wind up having a lot of stuff in your house and if you're also like me, you don't just want to leave these pans out to be eaten by just you and your husband. So, I try to make things that I can freeze. As you know, I just took this out of the refrigerator It's okay. They're going to be perfect. Be careful with the sharp knife like I am being. We're actually having company on Saturday. So, this works out perfect. If you have containers at home, plastic storage containers, you take these beautiful squares and you line them in these boxes. These are big pieces. You then, take a piece of parchment paper and you stack it right on top I'll bring it closer to you. Again I made these squares very large. So hopefully so maybe I'll cut them down when our company comes. But again You stack the parchment paper right on top. And this can be frozen. Or it can be refrigerated. Depending on when you're going to eat them. Gonna go two more here. Check that out. We'll put one more piece for good luck on the top. And then I'm going to shove a top on it. And again this container can be frozen or refrigerated. Depending on when you're going to eat these. I will take a taste because I know you guys are all dying to see what they really looks and taste like. Here's a tiny little sample. I mean they're so good. I don't even I can I can smell how good they are. This is so reminiscent of my childhood but I'm going to take a small bite because I have eaten a ton today. I mean so good.

Let's see if we can get it off this parchment paper. Oh, it's already cracking up. Oh, So good. Should we drop it? Alright. One, two, three. I'm going to have to sweep that up later. 83K views · 1.2K reactions | Healthy, no bake, delicious! Get ready for these five ingredient chocolate fudge crunch bars. They take literally minutes to make, INCREDIBLY tasty and no bake too. Absolute heaven in every bite 😋 hit SAVE and make sure you give them a go! You’ll need 👩🏽‍🍳
For the base 🔹6 rice cakes
🔹4 tbsp maple syrup 🔹1/4 cup cacao powder
🔹1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
🔹1/3 cup cashew butter (or any other nut butter) For the chocolate fudge 🔹1/2 cup cacao powder
🔹1/2 cup maple syrup
🔹1/4 cup cashew butter (or any other nut or seed butter)
🔹1/2 cup coconut oil, melted ▫️To make the base, just combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. ▫️Spoon into a lined baking tin or mould and press down evenly to make sure the mixture is all compact, otherwise it won’t stick together nicely. Pop it in the fridge while you make the fudge.
▫️For the fudge, again just add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until you have a thick chocolatey mixture. ▫️Pour it on top of the base and put them back in the fridge for an hour or so to allow them to set. Alternatively if you’re impatient like me you can always put them in the freezer and they will set quicker. Cut them into slices and enjoy!
