1.6M views · 26K reactions | Sausage, Egg & Cream Cheese Breakfast Casserole for a Sunday Breakfast ☀️ | Sausage, Egg & Cream Cheese Breakfast Casserole for a Sunday Breakfast ☀️ | By Brain Food | Alright, we're rolling our croissant dough out into the bottom of our greased nine by 13 casserole dish and we're just going to pinch these sides together. We're just pressing it down with our hands, getting it nice and solid and after that, we're going to add one pound of drained breakfast sausage directly on top of our croissant dough and we're just going to spread that out with our hands. Now, we're going to put our dish to the side. We're going to eat our mixing bowl. We have 8 eggs Just dump those directly in. I'm going to go and take my gloves off. I don't need those anymore. Get your hand blender or you can use a whisk and we're just going to mix these eggs up. Get them nice and blended. Now, we're going to add one block of softened cream cheese. This has been sitting out at room temperature for about two hours to get nice and soft directly on top of the eggs. We're going to season with salt and pepper and then, we're going to give this another mix with our hand blender and we're just going to incorporate those eggs with that soften Cream cheese and this is going to be a delicious creamy consistency for our casserole. Once your cream cheese has been fully mixed into your eggs, we're going to bring our casserole dish back over and we're just going to pour this over the top. All this creamy, eggy goodness and again, this smells so delicious. It is the perfect breakfast for family or potluck. It is so delicious. My kids love it. Now, we're going to do about two cups of cheese on top because we love a cheesy breakfast casserole in my family. Delicious melt cheese just like that. Now, I've already pre-rolled some croissant dough on the parchment paper to get that nice shape and we're just going to lay this out on top of our casserole dish here and look at how perfect that came out. We're just going to smooth it out with our hands and that is exactly what we're looking for for a top crust for this casserole. Now, we're going to do an egg wash. We have one egg, about a tablespoon of water. We're just going to give that a quick mix with our fork and we're going to brush directly on top of our casserole and this is going to give it a nice golden crispy and delicious flavor we have our oven preheated at 350 degrees we're going to bake this for about 25 to 30 minutes until it is crispy and delicious there we go alright our breakfast casserole is done and it smells delicious look at that nice golden crisp color we're going to cut ourselves a nice big slice and dive right into this delicious casserole. Alright and that looks delicious, creamy. You've got the cream cheese, the sausage, the cheese, and that delicious flaky crust. Let's give it a taste. Oh my god. Mmm. That is delicious. One of the best breakfast casseroles I've ever made. You guys have to make this today.

4M views · 3K comments | Easy blueberry breakfast | Easy blueberry breakfast I make a blueberry pancake casserole in my crockpot. | By Justine Kameron | Buttermilk pancakes. I used two boxes. That's twenty-four pancakes. I'm coming in with my frozen blueberries and we are just going to sprinkle those right into our crockpot with our pancakes. Oh yeah. Look how delicious this looks. Absolutely love pancakes and blueberries together. Alright, you can use whatever fruit you like but we're going to go ahead and put this to the side and I'm going to bring in a medium bowl and a whisk. I have here six eggs that we're just going to pour right into our bowl. I like using the measuring cup because I'm going to use this again to measure out my milk. We need one and 1half cups of milk. I'm using whole milk. You can use whatever milk you like. I'm just using it from this perfect. Okay, pour that with our eggs. Easy peasy and then, we need 1 cup of heavy cream. This is going to be such an easy and delicious crockpot breakfast. Perfect for the holidays. Perfect for Sunday brunch. Whatever you want to make it for. Alright we have our one cup of heavy cream. Yummy. It's going to be creamy and delicious. We're just making a custard. And then I'm going to add half a cup of brown sugar. The recipe does call for white sugar but I personally like brown sugar better for this recipe so that's why I swapped it out. And then the last thing we're going to add to this mixture is some vanilla extract. Okay. Gonna go ahead and add two teaspoons because this is a big breakfast you guys. I am hosting a Sunday brunch for my whole family. So I gotta feed a lot. Everybody loves this you know pancake blueberry casserole in the crockpot. It's just absolutely delicious. So we're going to go ahead and mix this up. Make sure those eggs get nice and whisk. I probably should've used a large bowl so that I could've gone a little bit faster but you know it will get there eventually. So just make sure we mix it up until those eggs are scrambled. Alright, this looks perfect. It's just a pastel yellow. All that creamer makes it such a light color and now, this is going to drizzle right on top of our pancakes. And we did grease our crockpot. I forgot to mention that. Oh my goodness, that looks absolutely delicious. Now, we're not going to turn this crockpot on because we have one more step but I am going to put my lid on while I grab another bowl. Alright, I grabbed my small bowl and I have my cheese grater here which we're not going to put cheese in there. We're going to put our stick of butter. This is a nice little tip for anyone that's making a crumble. Of course, my little suction cup is not working. Once we have our butter grated, we're going to go ahead and add half a cup of flour Perfect. One fourth a cup of brown sugar. A pinch of sea salt, and lastly, some ground cinnamon. This is going to make a nice little crumble for the top of our delicious breakfast casserole in the crockpot. So we're just going to go ahead and use our fork to get this all mixed together. Alright, our crumble topping is ready. So I'm going to scoot over our crockpot and this crockpot has been soaking in that custard for about 15 minutes. So now we're going to sprinkle our topping mostly on top of the pancakes but you can get it on the custard sides as well. Oh my goodness it's going to be the best addition to this easy crockpot breakfast. So delicious, so good. Make sure you get some over here. We're going to use this whole entire crumble. Yum. Oh my. This looks incredible. Now, to help with that moisture of the crockpot, I'm going to add a paper towel right on top and then, we're going to put our lid on top. So, that paper towel will catch any excess moisture that might potentially ruin our casserole and then, we're going to pop this on high and then, breakfast will be ready. Yum. Alright, you guys. I did swap out my paper towel for an actual towel. It's been three hours on high. We're going to pop it on warm so we can keep it toasty. Oh my gosh. Look at those skiing just come through the towel. Are you guys ready for this? My, that looks incredible. Oh, okay. The only thing that will make this look better is some powdered sugar. Powdered sugar makes everything better. The steam is getting in there. Beautiful. Okay, it's time to dig into our delicious pancake my gosh. Oh. Get some of that goodness on the side. That's the real goodness. Oh my goodness. Look at that. Okay it's a little messy but honestly we know this is going to be so good. I'm going to put this right here because we have one more thing we're going to add. It's completely optional but I'm going to add a little bit of syrup to mine. I'm doing the sugar free because we put so much sugar in there. You don't need anymore. Just imagine this Christmas morning. So good. And you could do it overnight if you want to keep it on low for six to eight hours. Well, let's go ahead and give it a try. I want a blueberry. Blueberry is the best part. It's the bite. Oh my gosh. Wow. That is so tasty you guys. Probably my favorite breakfast I've made yet. I know I'm usually like a savory person but this is really good you guys. You gotta try it.
