And I've just sprayed it with a little bit of olive oil so nothing sticks. Couple more to go here. There we go. Perfect. Okay now I'm just going to move these over a little bit into little single file lines. Try not to break these yolks. Now that we have our eggs all lined up. I'm going to cut a few pieces of butter. Now I'm going to take the little pieces of butter and just place them in between the eggs. One more over here. And one more piece over here. There we go. Now I'm going to grab a cheese grater. And some white cheddar cheese. And we're going to grate some of that all over the eggs. Get it on the butter as well. This is perfect for when you have to make eggs for you know six or eight people. And now I'm going to do the same thing. And I'm just going to use some orange cheddar cheese this time. I cannot wait to try this. This is going to be so good. Okay now I'm going to take some finely chopped red peppers. And I'm going to sprinkle those all over eggs and cheese and butter. And on top of that we're add some chopped chives. Some fresh chives. I love chives with eggs. You can also do onions if you prefer. Now it's time to season our eggs. I'm just starting with a little bit of salt. And after that salt I'm going to do a little bit of freshly cracked black pepper. And we like to have a little bit of garlic on our eggs. So I'm just dusting on some garlic powder here. And last but not least some dried parsley. We have our oven preheated to three fifty. And you want to make sure you're doing this very carefully. So you don't break any of yolks. And we're going to be baking this for 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven. We'll check on those in 20 minutes. And while our eggs finish cooking I'm going to show you a little toast hack. I'm just putting some mayonnaise on some thick pieces of toast. Now I'm just going to spread that mayonnaise out evenly. Alright these look perfect. So now we're going to pop them into our air fryer. Mayonnaise in the air fryer. Yep just wait till you see how good these look. Now set that to 400 and we're going to do 4 minutes. Alright our toast is all done. What? Look at how good that turned out. That looks amazing. Let's take these out and I'm just going to place them over here. We're going to take some lettuce. Use whatever lettuce you prefer or spinach. And then we're going to add in some tomatoes. We'll add in two pieces of tomatoes. Couple of pieces of red onion. And there we go. That looks perfect. So now let's go get our eggs out. Let's do it. Oh yeah these look like they cooked perfectly. I can't believe how well that worked. Now let's cut a piece out. Oh yeah that's moving. Definitely not stuck. Nope. Now we're going to take this and place it on top of that sandwich that we made. Let's make sure that bottom's cooked. It's cooked. Oh yeah that looks definitely cooked. Alright let's put into the sandwich. Now we're going to cut again this way because I want to see that yolk. See how well it cooked. Made some little bite size sandwiches for us. Wow. There you go. Alright let's give it a shot. Cheers. Wow. That's really good. So good. So this is great to make when you have to make eggs for 10 people. Yep.
