There is no official name for this really it’s just the way I pin my hair up at night to preserve the curls 🌛

I find this to be the most effective method for me and it’s worked on all of my different hair lengths. I’ve found this to also be the most effective way to preserve volume and curl at the root and avoid stretching in that area. It’s very easy to take out, and occasionally I’ll just add any serum I have if I see frizz.

When I hover diffuse, I use high speed/med heat and when I’m scrunching my hair with the diffuser (pixie diffusing), I take it down to med speed/med heat.

💨 Don’t rush through hover diffusing and spend 3 - 5 secs on each section. I know.. it’s a snooze fest, which is why I use to speed through it moving my hand every 0.5 seconds, but it actually does the opposite because my hair took much longer to dry
