Quick and delicious cheese steak dinner | Quick and delicious cheese steak dinner Brian L makes an easy cheese steak dinner | By Brian’s Kitchen | So here in the bottom of my crock pot we are starting off with this is a shaved beefsteak. This stuff is super awesome and it's going to make such a delicious recipe for today. So right on top of that I'm throwing in a bunch of bell peppers. This is a pack of three that I got that has the yellow, orange, and red. This is my favorite pack to get because you get all three. And it's really convenient. And right on top of that. So this is half a white onion. So we're just going to want to use half a white onion for this or you know if you're an onion lover you can go ahead and throw the whole thing in there. And once we everything nicely settled in. We are going to season it a bit. So I'm going to be using this garlic salt. This stuff is super flavorful so I'm not going to do too too much but just enough to get the seasoning in there. It's just a few sprinkles like that. It's going to go perfect. I do want a touch of spice today so I am going to be throwing some red chili flakes. This part is optional. But I highly recommend it. I think with this recipe the little bit of a kick that the red chili flakes gives you is very important. And last but not least some black pepper. So this is it for the seasonings we are going to throw in some more stuff in there. So once we have all of the seasonings in there, I'm just going to give this a quick mix just to make sure that the veggies and the beef really get tossed together. We get some of that delicious garlic salt over the beef as well. So I'm not going to worry about overstirring this too much because once we get this nice and cooked we can stir it again and everything will be nicely cooked and seasoned perfectly. So once we have everything in there we are going to start measuring out some beef broth. So I'm just going to do a cup of this stuff. You don't one anymore because we're not making like a soup so this is just going to help the shaved beef and the veggies cook a little bit. So there we go. Just in there and just pour kind of over the whole dish to make sure that everything gets a little bit of the beef broth. And we're going to be throwing some Worcestershire sauce. I hope I'm saying that right. I feel like nobody really knows how to save but everybody knows what this stuff is. And I'm just going to be doing a little bit. Not too too much. Probably about a tablespoon. This stuff is really potent. So just a little bit goes a long way. So once we have everything in there I'm just going to give this a nice little mix again just to make sure that the Worcestershire sauce gets coated on some of the veggies. And once we're done with this this is going to cook on high for 4 hours. Okay? So this is a really easy recipe that I love It's super flavorful and it doesn't take that much time at all. So four hours on high. Okay so our Crock Pot is almost finished cooking. And here I have some Hawaiian's rolls. These are some of my favorites especially to do with this recipe. So I did just cut it in half just like that. You just want to make sure to keep your knife straight and it'll come out nice and easy. So I'm just going to move this to the side real quick. And right here I have some melted butter and this is going to be a real easy and simple way to elevate these Kings Hawaiian rolls. So I'm just going to throw in my spiced rope garlic. You can throw as much as you want. I'm going to be doing two of these spoonfuls. And just to keep that same flavors going. I'm going to be adding some Worcestershire sauce to this as well. So not too much but just a tiny bit. There you go. This flavor really goes a long way and this is going to make our rolls taste super tasty. So I'm just going to grab my little brush here and just give it a quick mix. So yeah. I did use this is a this is about half a stick of butter which should be good enough. If you're using the bigger Hawaiian rolls I suggest you grab more. Okay so now I'm just going to this bread back in and we are just going to start layering this on top. So I did spray my baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray just to make sure that nothing sticks but it'll be alright. So I'm just going to throw that in there. I'm actually just going to move this to the side so we can fit both in there nice and easy. There we go. So yeah I'm going to be cutting both of this stuff with this awesome garlic oyster shrimp butter that we made. And once we do this like I said the crock pot recipe's almost done. It's about 10 minutes left to go and I can just melt all the aromas already. So I'm super excited for that. Okay so once you finish putting the butter on there I'm going to be topping this with some mozzarella cheese. So you can use whatever cheese that you like. I know some people like doing porvolone or Swiss but I really love the taste of mozzarella especially for this recipe that we're doing. So I'm just going to be using the whole bag and make sure to get both halves of this. This is going to go into a 350 degree oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Okay so here I have our Crock Pot steak ready. And you can see that everything is nicely cooked in there. This is really really so just be careful. We just want to go in there and just kind of break apart the pieces but honestly it is already shredded pretty nicely. So I'm just going to move this to the side real quick. I'm just going to place this down and we're going to go grab our Hawaiian rolls. And there we go. You can see that the cheese is nice and perfectly melted. And this is exactly what we want. So once we have everything all together I'm just going to bring in my Crock Pot to the side. And we're just going to start layering this stuff on top. You can see that the beet broth really help cook everything nicely and it gives it a ton of flavor. So I highly recommend using the beet broth. And you don't want too much of the juice again on it. So just make sure to I'm just kind of wiggling it and then placing it on top. And this is such an easy and fun recipe. You know it scratches the edge of that cheesy and meaty dinner everybody loves and yeah, just go crazy. Make sure these are really loaded and just use the whole crock pot that we made and once we have it, once we have everything there, I'm just going to place these right on top and you can see that the steam gets trapped and it'll help melt the cheese even more. Okay, I'm excited to dig in. Especially with these crock pot recipes. I've been waiting four hours for them to cook and I just cannot wait. You can see I'm just going to rip it apart and you can see all the cheese and steam leaving so be careful. Don't burn yourself. Oh my god. This came out even better than I expected.
