Ingredients - Honeynut squash - extra virgin olive oil - flakey salt - high quality butter - high quality pure maple syrup - fresh thyme STEP 1: Cut your honeynut squash lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and flakey salt. Add butter into the center of each honeynut squash as well as 1 tsp of pure maple syrup. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon over the squash and fresh thyme. STEP 2: Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes basting every 20 minutes. (Total 2 times).
