Ingredients: To Cook Chana 1 cup Chickpeas, soaked 2 tbsp dry goose berry powder 2 tbsp tea 8 cloves 2 black cardamom 1 bay leaf 2 staranise 1/4th Cup Chana Dal(soaked for 2-3 hours) 3 cups water, or as needed Method of preparation: 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ghee 2 red chilli 2 tbsp kasturi methi handful coriander leaves Ginger Julienne 1/4th cup hung curd 1 1/2 tbsp - Mint leaves, chopped 1 cup tomato paste 2 tbsp Tamarind paste 2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp roasted jeera powder 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp chole masala powder 2 tbsp roasted anardana powder 1/4 cup mawa/khoya Others: Vegetable Oil Ginger Julienne Green Chilli , chopped Paneer, 150 gm

Vandana Garg on Instagram: "Cheesy Corn & Spinach Quesadilla (Super quick & easy recipe) INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp oil/Butter 1 cup corn kernels, boiled 1 cup Spinach, chopped 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp red Chilli flakes Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tbsp wheat flour/ Oats flour 1 cup Milk Tortilla Mozzarella Cheese, grated Butter PREPARATION 1. Heat oil in a pan, add corns and spinach. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder and mix everything. 4. Add wheat flour and cook for a minute. 5. Add milk and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until it thickens. Now corn & spinach mixture is ready. 6. Take tortilla and spread the corn & spinach mixture to one side of the tortilla. 7.
