Thanks for the compliment, anon! I’m not really sure, seeing as there are still some flaws in it — for example, I still haven’t formatted any ask posts — but I might in the future.
I’m really just releasing my old themes in order from oldest to newest, which is why some of them
look like trasharen’t as good as others, so we’ll see when I get around to it.
Is there any way to change the font on the side of the container for your voidkept theme?
There sure is! Go into the theme code and find where it says #hovertext. In the css for that div, there’s a line that says:
font-family:‘arial’; /* font of lyrics */
Just replace where it says arial with the name of whatever font you want!
Note: These are just my old themes that I’m uploading for right now, back from when I first started making themes for myself. Sometimes the code can be a little wonky!
I was wondering: for your dystrcphy theme, is there a way to change the link symbols into a different symbol besides the heart beat?
Sure! If you go into the div id called links, you’ll see “fa fa-heartbeat” a lot. You can replace that with anything you see on the fontawesome.io icons page! That link includes an installation guide, but the only thing that should be changing is the word heartbeat to the title of whatever icon you choose. I hope that helps!
Fix Tumblr’s new controls!
I have come up with 3 ways you can fix the tumblr controls on your blog:
- The tumblr controls are always visible but are smaller and more appealing to the eye.
- The tumblr controls are again smaller but are only visible on hover over a small icon.
- The default controls are replaced by custom links.
Installation and (partial) previews: version 1, version 2, version 3.
The icons used in version 1 and 2 are outicons. All of my themes have been updated and you can now choose between all three of these option.
