Your sentence seems completely natural to me, but I should offer you one word of caution. In English the spelling "agape" has two different sounds, and two different meanings.

By far the more common usage, except in knowledgeable Christian circles or amongst scholars of the Greek language, is to make the word two syllables, and to leave the final "e" as silent - it just serves to lengthen the "a" in the second syllable. In schools this is sometimes called the "magic e". This makes the fairly old-fashioned word "agape" meaning wide open.

The other usage is rare, and specialised, to describe a kind of religious love, a love without sexuality and not bound to family. With this meaning, "agape" is pronounced in three syllables, with a shorter "a" in the second syllable and an "ay" sound as the third syllable.
