It can feel a little weird and even be a little scary at first but you might be amazed at how good it feels‼️  Of course, use safety measures and make sure your path is clear to avoid tripping/falls ⚠️  Moving backwards helps to work the muscles along the backs of your legs- opposite to a majority of the muscles working when walking forwards 👍🏽  Combining both backwards and forwards can be helpful especially if forwards walking is painful after a certain point. Mixing in some backwards walking can be surprisingly helpful ✅  Your dog or neighbors make give you some weird looks but hey it’s worth it right? 🤗  Usually it can be a good idea to start with lower volume, i.e accumulating 3 minutes throughout the day and progressing from there 👀  Make sure it actually fee

Do you hate climbing up the stairs? 😔 Do you feel as though it’s really hard to go quickly because of muscle weakness, pain, feeling off balance? 👀 Going up the stairs requires POWER 💥 Power is strength + speed. You need to be able to generate strength quickly- on one leg. 🦵🏽 One way to get started in building power is to try to start standing up QUICKLY 🙌🏼 Even if it doesn’t feel fast to you- think about standing up as quickly as you can. It can help you recruit your muscles a little bit
