74K views · 492 reactions | Easy Candied Bacon Snack! | Easy Candied Bacon Snack! | By Food Dudes | Alright, we're just laying our bacon down onto our club crackers. We're going to put a fourth of a piece of bacon onto each cracker. We're going to season our bacon pieces with a little bit of brown sugar. This is going to provide a really nice sweetness. We're going to add one thinly sliced jalapeno on top of each of our slices of bacon. We're going to put a little bit more brown sugar on top here. Little fresh black pepper on top of those ones. Our oven is preheated to 350 degrees. We're going to throw this in for about 30 to 35 minutes until that is nice and crispy. Alright, our candied bacon crackers are done and that bacon is nice and crispy. We bake these for about 35 minutes. Let them cool off for about 10 minutes. We're going to add some of this delicious Mike's Hot Honey. Just a little drizzle on top is going to go a long way. Now, we're going to transfer these to our decorative dish here. We're just going to slide these off. Alright, there we go. Let's give one of these a nice taste. Just dip it right in. That is so good. You guys have to make this.
346K views · 1.7K reactions | These balsamic butter chicken bites are crispy and sticky sweet, thanks to balsamic glaze. Cooking balsamic vinegar with a bit of brown sugar helps it achieve the perfect consistency to cling to the chicken. Serve these tasty bites on a platter with wooden picks for guests to enjoy, or get creative by wrapping them up in a sandwich or using them as a flavorful salad topper. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 tablespoons canola oil - 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided - 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons light brown sugar - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter - 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves Directions 1. Position rack in top third of oven; preheat broiler. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. 2. Toss chicken, oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt on the prepared baking sheet until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Broil until lightly browned, about 7 minutes. Remove from oven; discard any excess liquid. 3. Meanwhile, whisk vinegar, mustard, brown sugar and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; simmer, stirring often, until thick and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in butter until completely melted and the mixture resembles a caramel sauce. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for later use. Add the chicken to the balsamic mixture in the medium bowl; toss until evenly coated. 4. Arrange the chicken mixture in a single layer on the same baking sheet. Broil until glossy and deeply browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 165°F, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven; brush with the reserved 1 tablespoon balsamic mixture. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with thyme. | EatingWell

2.8M views · 51K reactions | First time I've ever made Crockpot Focaccia | First time I've ever made Crockpot Focaccia | By Robyn Q | I have my dinner rolls that are frozen that I bought just at my local grocery store. I'm going to put my lid on and I am going to turn it to warm and let it raise for one and a half hours. Oh yeah. It's double in size. Boy that looks nice. I'm going to use my clean hands and I'm going to poke whole all over. Next up, I'm going to use some garlic olive oil. I'm drizzling about a fourth of a cup just right on top of it. Next, I've got my rosemary 'cuz I'm going to add some fresh herbs to this. I'm going to add some thyme also. I love these herbs and you definitely can use whatever herbs you like and then, lastly, I'm going to use some oregano. Just a little bit of that for some extra flavor. I'm going to use some sun-dried tomatoes on mine. You could use all olives. That would be delicious. Alright. Only a couple more things and that's some pepper. Just like that and lastly, I have some flaky salt. I'm just going to take that and sprinkle that right on top. I'm going to cover this and I'm going to turn it on pie for one and a half hours. Oh oh look at that. Oh that looks beautiful. Oh yeah. Oh I know it's hot. See if I can get it out of here. Whoo. Yep. That is hot. Alright. I'm going to try this with my spatula so I don't burn myself. Oh yeah. And it's so pretty. You can see how crispy the edges are. Oh that looks great. I'm just pulling it off. I know. This is first time I've done bread in my pot cup and that turned out really nice. Oh yeah, I can't believe how crispy that is. Wow. That is amazing, right? Let's cut this up. Oh yeah, you can hear that crunch. Oh, that is so cool. Oh my gosh. Look at that. That is perfect. I love piccashi bread. Okay, which one do I want? I don't know. They all look so good. This one looks really pretty. Look at that. Perfectly cooked. Mmm. Oh my gosh. Okay. Bring in my plate. Oh yeah. Look. Perfect. Okay. I've got some of that garlic olive oil. I'm going to dip it in. I cannot wait to taste this. Super excited. Okay and I know it's hot but I'm going to do it. Mm. This is amazing. Gotta try this. Yum.
