Add salted butter and combine with hands until crumbly. Set aside. For the Muffin Batter Preheat Oven: 425°F (218°C). Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add melted butter and sugar, stirring until combined. Add Dry Ingredients: Fold in flour, baking powder, and baking soda until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Fill Muffin Tin: Line a muffin tray with paper liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full. Top with crumble. Bake: Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 13 minutes, then reduce to 360°F (182°C) and bake for 14 more minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
