1 can 21 ounces lemon pie filling 1 box 16 ounces angel food cake mix Optional: Powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 913-inch cake pan. Combine lemon pie filling and cake mix. Pour into the cake pan, spreading evenly. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in the pan 20 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar. You ready for the yummiest cake around town? Heath Bar cake is just that! I got this recipe from my boss Val! And boy did she ever give me a gem! The only thing she said I should have done is add crushed actual Heath bars on top to REALLY send this over the top! Here’s the recipe • Make a German chocolate cake from a box mix according to the back of the box. Let it cool completely. Then mix together one block of softened cream cheese and Jell-O pudding mix. Use a 4 1/2 cup serving of Jell-O pudding mix. Instant! Instead of adding 2 cups of cold milk as it calls for on the back of the box, add one and a half cups of cold milk. Blend that together. Cool time: 1 hour Ingredients: 2 tbsp. instant coffee granules 1 3/4 cups (about 1/2 box) moist-style spice cake mix 3/4 cup canned pure pumpkin Optional toppings: light whipped topping, pumpkin pie seasoning Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with nonstick spray. In a glass or mug, stir to dissolve coffee granules in 1/2 cup hot water. Transfer coffee to a large bowl, and add cake mix and pumpkin. Stir until completely smooth and uniform. (Batter will be thick.) Spread batter into the pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool completely, about 30 minutes in the pan and 30 minutes out of the pan on a cooling rack. MAKES 8 SERVINGS
