Charcuterie Cups
Let's make some charcuterie cups! These little cups were born out of covid and have remained so popular. Individually portioned, perfect for any event. Whether it's a corporate happy hour, open house, wedding or any type of party. These are made constantly! Bottom layer for me is always grapes and blueberries, then crackers, some veggies, sliced cheese, skewered meats and olives, brie bites and then finish off with some garnish. And viola! I will warn ya, they are a bit of work 😅

Ozark Charcuterie | Mallory Files on Instagram: "Comment ‘cup’ for the cups I use! 3 tips: 1. Use different lengths of skewers. I always go for 3!! A 6+ inch, 4inch and 2.5-3.5 inch. This gives the cup more depth and you are able to make the cup look super full. 2. Weigh the bottom down. I so so so mean this! Use nuts or dried cranberries. You want something that is cost effective so avoid using fresh produce! 3. Content of the cup: - 4 slices of meat - 3 pieces of cheese at least - fruit (strawberry half, blueberries, grapes) I do sometimes add a blackberry!!! - veggie (mini cucumber quarter) grape tomatoes are also great! - crackers - garnish - chocolate covered pretzel - pickle or olive Usually no 2 cups are the same. I always change it up because it would be boring to do the same
