So that was just a family size pizza crust. And now I'm coming in with the best ranch. This is Ken's Steakhouse Ranch. And I'm just going to put a decent amount right on top of this. You don't want it to be completely to the edges because of the secret technique I'm going to show you here in just a second. Now I'm going to take a spatula and I'm going to smother this ranch all over this pizza crust. Today I have such an amazing lunch recipe that is really going to blow the mind of every single person that is going to try this. Especially if you have some kids that like some inch. I definitely recommend it. Look at that. Doesn't that look amazing already? Now I'm coming in with some freshly cooked bacon. It's a little hot. So definitely oh shoot. Definitely be careful. Alright now I'm going to take a bunch of bacon here because we all love bacon. And I'm going to use these scissors. The Kitchen Cheers and I'm going to put decent size pieces of bacon. That way first of all it goes super fast. And then second of all each person that takes a bite in this will get a lot of bacon. Now this is about 10 slices of bacon. You can put as much bacon as you like here. But I'm just going to make it super fast just like so. I'm going to spread this across the whole entire dish. Oh this is smelling amazing already. And we barely even started. Like we're just about to go into the best ingredients too. If you didn't already think bacon was the best ingredient. Perfect. So we spread it across the whole entire dish. That way we can bring in some pulled chicken. Now you've seen me use this Kroger chicken many times. I don't know. It's just the best. You can heat this up before. But I'm not. I'm going to let the oven heat this up. But oh my goodness. Make sure you you pull the chicken and make sure you have a decent amount of the chicken. I would say you want about one pound of chicken if I had to put an exact amount on it. But you know what? Sometimes chickens are big. Sometimes they're small. It doesn't matter. Uh we're probably only going to really put about half a pound of chicken on here. Um which is kind of cool. Because then I can give the dogs the rest. Oh look at that. How does that look babe? Perfect. That looks good enough right? Yeah. So cool. Alright. We got Justine approved everybody. Justine approved. And now I'm bringing in some mozzarella but not only mozzarella, whole milk mozzarella. Look how nice and thick these these things are and I'm just going to start putting it right on top. Now this is a two cup bag and we're going to put probably about three fourths of the bag. Just kidding. Let's see the whole entire bag. What do we have to lose? Now this is jam packed. Oh we might have packed this a little too much so make sure you squish that down okay? Cuz I'm going to show you what we do now. Alright so now here the fun part. I'm going to grab this edge and the cool thing about this pizza dough is that it is pretty versatile. So you want to fold that side. Fold this side on top of each other. And then you're going to take this. I'm going to try to make this as that way you can see it. And fold it right on over. Look at that. Oh my goodness. That's how you know this is some good dough. Honey's getting excited. So I'm going to take this. Fold it right on over. And I want to try to make sure try to make it touch. Ooh look at that. Wow, we did pretty good. That was a lot easier than I thought, of it. Yeah, you nailed it. Yeah, thanks to you. You helped me with the process. Okay, so I'm just going to do this and I'm just going to kind of pinch these together. That way, there's no openings whatsoever. If there's any holes that you notice which like this, you just pinch them together. You should be just fine. Alright. How does that look? That looks amazing. Ooh, that came out pretty good. Now, I'm coming in with a whole stick of butter. I'm going to put that right here and I'm going to come right on top with some parsley. This is the lightly dried parsley. I'm just going to yeah let's do a little little tappity and save the rest. I love using these little packages. They're just so convenient and you don't have to chop it. Cuz I always I always end up cutting my fingers. And right in there. Super fast. Gonna take some Spice World garlic. This is the minced garlic. Now I wouldn't recommend any other garlic so I definitely just throw some mince in there. You want to take about two spoonfuls right inside that butter. Oh my goodness. Now I'm going to stick my here and I'm just going to start mixing that up in that Smells so good. Those smell good. That garlic makes everything smell amazing. And look at that. Is that look amazing? Alright and that is ready. Now I'm going to bring this back over and I have this brush here. And I'm just going to take a nice little butter brush. Make sure you get some garlic on there. And I'm just going to brush this on. Let's start painting the most tastiest painting you'll ever paint. Now I like digging deep. Getting that garlic. Cuz sometimes the garlic will sink to the bottom. So I wouldn't recommend pouring it because then you're just going to pour all the butter out and the garlic's just still going to be stuck at the bottom. So there we go. Now we can start painting it up. Oh I love using this mixture just because it's going to make a nice little it's going to brown up and get nice and crunchy and crispy. But more importantly all those flavors are going to seep right into that dough. Just how that dough's intended. Oh look at that. And I'm painting this. This is where I this is where I usually take my time. But I'm going to make this super fast for you. So don't worry. Oh look at that. I got everything right there. Look at that. Looks good. Ooh. Doesn't that look amazing? Now to top this all off. Last but definitely not least. Some Parmesan cheese. Some people say Parmesan but this is just parmesan. I'm going to put it right on top. Not too much but just enough to get a nice light brown crunch on there and there you have it. I have my oven set to 375 and I'm going to cook it in there for about 35 minutes. Oh my goodness. Look at how amazing that looks. Now I'm really excited for this. So I'm just going to put shift this right on top. Look. Ooh. I didn't even have to pem it or nothing. And I'm going to put this right on top of that cutting board just like that. Now I'm taking this this little awesome little pizza cutter. I am just going to cut this. Just like so. Oh my goodness. This is going to be absolutely phenomenal. Wow. Um I don't need to cut all of it but you know our guest should be here any second. So we gotta make sure that we cut enough slices for all these wonderful people. Now check this out. Oh my goodness. Doesn't that look amazing? Looks so good. You guys are going to love this one. I don't even need a plate. You don't even need silverware. Just have them cut for when their guests come. I hope you enjoy. Make sure you blow on. It's going to be really hot. Enjoy. You can mix this up and add something else if you don't like mushrooms. My secret ingredient cheese. I love borgian cheese and I just get their regular, their garlic and herb and a I like to add a little bit in my mini beef Wellington some people are always so surprised and the flavor is so good so you don't even have to worry about adding fresh herbs or anything I mean you can if you want to but there's herbs in this alright guys so I am going to do an egg wash so I've got one egg and I'm going to add that in and just a little bit of water perfect alright so I'm going to whisk that together so we're just going to brush our edges of each one of our puff pastries with our egg wash I'll just go down and brush them all real fast and then we'll fold them up perfect so super simple this is just so elegant this is so nice to make for holidays for birthdays or just to make I mean it's so easy can make it just for an everyday dinner for sure and you can make this smaller if you like I just love the size of cutting each of these into fours but you definitely can do twelve I'm just going to pull my corners together seal these mini beef wellingtons up.
