Spicy Pickled Eggs...2 cups white vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pickling spice, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 habanero peppers, 2 jalapenos, 1/4 white onion, 8 hard boiled eggs. Bring the brine to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes or until onions become translucent. Put eggs into mason jar and cover with brine. Let pickle in the refrigerator for 1 week.
