I prefer evaporated milk it's not as heavy and more creamy) 1 cup whole milk 1 & 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese ( And a little more if needed) Half stick of butter Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Italian seasoning, to taste Granulated garlic , to taste 3 cloves of garlic minced 3 tablespoons all purpose flour Add half stick of butter to pan, let melt. When melted add garlic and when you smell the garlic about after cooking about 1 min, and it starts to get a little tender, add in 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour, 1 & 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, one can evaporated milk. Stir. Bring to slow simmer. Add one more can of evaporated milk, one cup whole milk, and a little more Parmesan cheese.... Simmer and slowly stir occasionally until perfect consistency you like. If you want thinner sauce add more milk or if want a little thicker add more Parmesan cheese. So easy! Now when I worked at an Italian restaurant they liked heavy cream. But honestly over the years I have learned evaporated milk has a better consistency and doesn't get SO THICK. This will make perfect, silky, creamy sauce. ❤️ If You try it let Me know! | Cooking with Tiffany
