This is my go-to glute workout when im trying to maintain muscle and weight! This is a great workout to help grow the glutes and weight can continually be added to work toward muscle growth! Glute Workout // Leg Workout // Exercise Plan for Glute Growth // Workout Plan for Glutes Hip Thrusts (4 sets // 8 reps) • Use as heavy of a weight as you’re comfortable with here • Can focus on flute growth more by upping the weight and doing less reps (ie: if your 8-rep max is 135lbs, try doing a couple sets for 6 reps at 165) Sumo Deadlifts (4 sets // 8 reps) • Form is the most important factor here!!
