Operation: Strong Knees

My struggle with osteoarthritis is never-ending. I'm terrified that, if I don't treat it properly, I will be fully disabled in a matter of a couple years. So I've decided to put a stop to it, through a healthy diet, becoming more active, and managing my pain (without painkillers!).
