Changing lives... Remember Steff Maree from last week? That was only part of her story. Here's the rest. I am so pleased for you Steff!  I also wanted to share my weight loss journey with you all as well. At the start of the program I was hitting the scales very close to 90kg. I'm now just under 75kg and I am still working my way to dropping more! This change has happened in just under 4 months. I've tried soup diets, weight watchers and body trim etc. WOOOOOO!!!
