Kuljyoti Dhingra on Instagram: "Episode -15 #letsmakeitathome Restaurant Styled Butter Chicken At Home   > Chicken Thigh Boneless - 1/2 kg   > For Marination - Dahi 1-2 tbsp Salt - As per taste Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tbsp   > For Paste - Saute 6-7 medium sized tomatoes, 2 chopped onions, 10-13 pods of garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1-2 green chillies and 2 tbsp cashews in 1 tbsp oil for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/4th cup water and cook until the vegetables become mushy.
