🍓Pink Glow Smoothie 
1 cup frozen strawberries 
1 medium banana 
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds 
1 tsp pumpkin seeds 
1 medium beet juice ( raw) 
1 tsp honey 
1/3 cup almond milk 
Blend all together and enjoy! 

🍌Chikoo Date Smoothie 
3 small chikoo / 1.5 large chikoo ( desseded ) 
2 dates soaked overnight 
1/4 banana (optional) 
1/4 cup oats 
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 cup milk 
Blend all together. 

🌰 Dry Fruit Smoothie 
10 Almonds 
10 cashew 
1 tbsp raisins 
1 tsp pistachios 
2 dry figs 
Soak in warm water to soften them up. This makes the shake creamy and thick.

1 banana 
1 cup milk 
Dash of cinnamon powder 
1 tbsp vanilla essence 
Honey or sweetener as per taste.
