1️⃣ Suitcase Squats: Stand on band, hold handles or band by sides. Squat down and up. 3 sets x 12 reps.
2️⃣ Suitcase Deadlifts: Stand on band, hold handles or band by sides. Hinge at hips, lower down and rise. 3 sets x 10 reps.
3️⃣ Bent Over Rows: Step on band, bend at hips, pull one handle or band to waist, alternate arms. 3 sets x 12 reps.
4️⃣ Wood Chops: Anchor band under foot, pull handle or band across body in chopping motion. 3 sets x 10 reps each side.
