Natalie | Motherhood & Home on Instagram: "Not only did my husband do a great job building the shelf, but he made sure to get most of the process on camera too so I could share! May just need to get him his own account soon 😂 These are materials we used: • 34’’ unfinished wood baseball bat • 1 x 12 x 48 piece of wood (trimmed down to desired length) • Wood Stain • 2 shelf brackets First my husband trimmed the board down to the length of the bat and then stained both the baseball bat and the board. Next, he used his jigsaw to cut the wood down to the curve of the bat (so it would sit flush). After that he placed the bat on the board and marked where he wanted the pocket holes to go and then drilled those into place. Last, he screwed on the brackets and mounted on the wall. Be sure t
