30min · 4 servings Parmesan pea orzo • 2 Cups Orzo Pasta • 1 onion diced • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil • 2 Cloves Garlic minced • 4 Cups Chicken Broth • 1 Lemon zested • Juice of Half a lemon • 1 1/2 Cups frozen Peas • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese plus more for garnish • 1/2 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper • 1 tsp Salt Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook 4-5 minutes until soft. • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. • Add the orzo and toast 30 seconds. • Add 3 cups of the broth, and salt and pepper, stir, bring to a boil.
