Its also great as a salad dressing, but amazing here with this power bowl. I used my lowcarb @kaizenfoodco rice for this (just 6 net carbs!) but feel free to use quinoa, regular rice, or cauliflower rice, too. I had just made a batch of Farro and had some salmon in the fridge so it was the perfect opportunity to try it. Gal uses asparagus and kale, neither of which I had so instead I used broccolini and spinach and it was perfect. You can eat this either hot, warm or cold…. Ingredients: * 6-8 oz sushi grade salmon. * 1 carrot (cut into very thin matchsticks). * 1/4 cup tamari. * 3 scallions (chopped but set aside the green part for topping). * 1 tbsp salsa macha or chili crisp. * 1 serrano (thinly sliced). * 1 large lemon. * 1 tbsp agave syrup. * 1 tbsp mirin. * 1 tbsp rice vinegar. * 1 tsp sesame oil. * 1 tsp freshly grated ginger. Directions: 1. Fry the carrots in olive oil until lightly golden and set over paper towels to remove excess oil. 2.
