Why didn’t I name this vodka sauce? Because I make my vodka sauce with tomato paste only with no plum tomatoes! But I had this delicious idea for tomato cream sauce and of course it’s way better with a little spicy vodka kick! I hope you give this a go! So darn delicious! • Boil a lb of rigatoni until aldente • Sauté lots of olive oil, crushed red pepper, 6-7 cloves chopped garlic, and 1/2 a red onion chopped until golden. Add about 2 tbsp. Of tomato paste to the pan and sauté a couple minutes until your pan looks like a beautiful sunset! • Then add a little pasta water to 3/4 cup of heavy cream and stir together and set aside. • Then crush a can of whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes (28 oz.) with your hands! PLEASEEEEE MAKE THIS! You ever make a dish you make all the time; and this one time it tastes out of this world like the most heavenly taste on the planet?!?! THIS HAPPENED When I made this sauce!! 😝 no lie! Follow my exact instructions and maybe we can all collectively recreate 😆 here are the ingredients: • Extra virgin olive oil (I use a lot… like 4-5 tbsp) • 1/2 yellow onion chopped • 8 cloves garlic chopped • You must taste your sauce as you go and shake in the ingredients, here are my seasonings • Crushed red pepper • Italian seasoning blend • Garlic powder • Salt & pepper • Once that’s all translucent then add in about 2 tbsp of tomato paste and brown it for a few minutes • Then add in about 1 glass of red wine and let it sweat out the alcohol for about 2 minutes

My lasagna recipe is right next to this video so they’ll be easy to find! • Here’s the directions: • Brown up 2 lbs of ground meat • In lots of olive oil (2-3 tbsp or so) • Add in about 10 cloves of chopped garlic • Add crushed red pepper, salt, cracked black pepper, and garlic powder • Once the garlic and meat are cooked & juicy (only takes about 5 minutes) • Add in a glass of red wine • Let it simmer a few minutes to get the alcohol out • Then add a can (28 oz) of whole San marzano tomatoes (crush them before adding with your hands) • Add 1-2 tbsp of Italian seasoning • Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer
