Pantry Hill on Instagram: "We built out this prep kitchen with plans to use it as a space to dry herbs, hence the pulley rack (ours is a Pulley Maid stained and sealed to match our counters) and the copper rail. I simply tie the herbs together in small bundles by the stems using rubber bands (the rubber band contracts as they dry, so the stems won’t slip out). Then I hang them upside down from our pulley rack and the copper rail using “s” hooks. After a few weeks, once they’re dry, I store them in mason jars - sometimes with the whole stems, sometimes just the leaf, and sometimes crushed. We use them for cooking, baking and tea all winter long. 🌿 #pantryhill"
