I was inspired by @frohneats Croque Monsieur Breakfast Casserole, put my own twist on it, and it turned out SO tasty! Recipe: 1 pack mini croissants 8oz sliced Black Forest ham 8oz Gouda cheese, shredded 6 eggs 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup half & half 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/8 cup chopped chives 1. Chop the mini croissants into pieces and lay them into the bottom of a baking dish. 2. Fold the sliced ham and tuck the slices in between the croissants. 3.
