Ingredients: 3 lb Beef chuck or brisket; 1 1/2 tbsp Chipotle, powder; 1 tsp Coriander, powder; 5 Garlic cloves; 1 Onion, brown or white yellow; 2 tsp Onion powder or garlic powder; 1 tbsp Oregano, dried; 14 oz Tomatoes; 2 cups Beef or chicken broth/stock; 2 tbsp Lime juice; 1 tsp All spice; 1 tbsp Paprika; 1 tsp Salt and pepper; 1 Salt and pepper; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 3/4 cup Orange juice; 1/2 cup Water
