Impossible Taco Pie

Earlier this year we made the traditional Bisquick Impossible Cheeseburger Pie. It was a meal everyone enjoyed, so I immediately started thinking up new versions of that easy dinner. This Impossible Taco Pie uses the same recipe, but switches out a few ingredients to give it a Mexican flair. With taco seasoning, Rotel and cheddar cheese, this is going to become your new favorite Taco Tuesday recipe.
