Chasity Fontenot Touchet on Instagram: "Biscuits & gravy just go together, am I right?!😋 The gravy is so simple and adds such a punch to your breakfast. It’s a great way to bulk up a meal too. This isn’t a “healthy” recipe, but it sure is delicious! Start with browning 1 lb of breakfast sausage. Then add 2 tbsp of butter. Once it’s melted, add 1/3 cup of flour and stir for about 1-2 min until it’s all mixed well. Next you’ll add milk 1 cup at a time and keep stirring! I used a little over 2 cups, but you can add up to 3 to have more gravy and make it the consistency you want. Season and enjoy! That’s it! Did your grandma teach you this one? Crumble while cooking, and cook until the sausage is cooked through. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage, stirring to combine. While stirring, pour in the milk.
