Microaggressions are lame! 📢
One second, I need to retrieve my eyes from the back of my head! 🙄 It’s shocking that attitudes like this still exist in our society, especially when many women have to work so hard to simply prove they can do a job the ‘same as a man’. Next time you see a new colleague who happens to be a woman at your workplace, be friendly, welcoming and kind - don’t communicate with microaggressions! 📢
There is no such thing as 'too late'! ⏰

POV: You Need To Have A Difficult Conversation With Your Boss 🥲
Those long-awaited conversations where we want to unpack everything with our manager can be both relieving and anxiety-inducing 🥲 However, it doesn’t have to be something we avoid, especially because it is such an important skill to have in our careers. It helps us: 1. Set boundaries 2. Give feedback to our managers 3. Open up about any struggles or issues we’re having 4. Advocate for ourselves! Over on our community space, we go deep into all things difficult conversations from asking for a promotion or handing in your resignation and help you reflect and action boldly what you want to say - without feeling the doom! #YesSheCan
