This allows you to manage your saves (copy/delete...) and to keep them if you need to uninstall/clear cache of the game.

Ensure your display drivers are up to date.
If it doesn't help try to switch the renderer:
hold shift + G during the loading process, then select one of the renderer.

Update your main game to the latest version (25.3.0e).

You will find an import button in the option of the game.

Select the location of the DLC RPA file (downloads probably) and wait until the game restarts by itself.

There should be a folder named Renpy_saves there.

In this Renpy_saves folder, there should be a folder loveandsexsecondbase_downloader_itchio. Is it there?

The log files should be in this folder, your saves too.
