The final version of this.
I was talking with some mates about games we used to play as kids and I remembered all the silly little scribbles I used to draw of my favourite critters.
Then I also remembered I am an artist now and can actually draw them and no one can stop me.
I’ve wanted to do Shorts for AGES since I’m not a fan of Instagram.

The idea that the original creator picked up a hedgehog and went ‘this spikey ball would do damage at speed’ is hilarious to me.
Also, watched the third movie the other day and I love that they actually made Shadow a bit scary. He always scared me as a little kid watching over my brother’s shoulder.
Might have to watch it again some time, because I was the only person in the cinema and the sound literally rattled the chairs around me, so I think I only got about 60% of it…
Edit: Guess who’s learning how to post long comics on Tumblr the hard way, hence the white gaps in exchange for readable resolution on a mobile 😔
Just a WIP for a massive Epic piece I’ve been working on since the Ithica Saga :D
The actual art is about twice as long, so… we’ll see how it goes, I guess.
AYYYYEEE, I think I’m finally happy with him.
Never going to be Sega-comic standards (which are a thing, as I’ve recently discovered), but I think I’m happy with saying that I can draw the blue cartoon hedgehog.
Dunno what I’m going to do with this new ability, but it’s there now.
(Also I remembered the old Sonic Underground cartoon and wanted to draw his siblings. If I’m the middle(ish) child, then he can be too.)
