For 540 more entries from that file I was unable to identify an associated wikidata entry and the probability is high that this is because there is no corresponding article in de:Wikipedia. Above it says Main statement 1,754 out of 12,313 (14% complete), so many are missing. The situation for P1710 is a bit different, but as for P7902 if " (GND) " is added to the property label, readers looking at the page of an item where a P1710 value is stored may better see what the value actually is and also can more easily understand why the property is placed in the section of VIAF sources next to the property for the GND ID.
