It seems the PASE site changed. The URL now is https://pase.ac.uk/pase/.
It seems PASE ID changed as well. : for ex: Æthelstan (Q170017) is no longer referenced as 13909 but as 67739.
PASE Name are still good as far as I can see.
I can't find a way to directly link to the web page of a person. The internal request looks like this : https://pase.ac.uk/pase/detail/person/?objectid=67739 and returns a Json object.
