It appears that the ICF canoer ID can contain numbers, see https://www.canoeicf.com/athlete/graeme-biggin-0 (Q115132577). Also, the athlete page on the ICF website dosn't display the birth date anymore but the age. That's why I think we should remove the constraint to have a birthdate alongside this property.
