This paper presents a systematic literature review comparing the most popular frameworksfor measuring and evaluating IT service quality, including ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000 SERVQUAL, and E-SERVQUAL. The study useda systematic approach to identify and analyze 20 articles that compared the effectiveness of these frameworks for measuring andevaluating IT service quality. The results of the study indicate that all five frameworks are effective in measuring and evaluating ITservice quality, but each has its strengths and weaknesses. ITIL was found to be the most comprehensive framework, COBIT provideda broader focus on IT governance, and ISO 20000 was a global standard that can provide a competitive advantage. SERVQUAL is awell-known framework used in the service industry to assess customer perceptions of service quality. E-SERVQUAL is an extension ofSERVQUAL that focuses specifically on electronic services. The study provides insights into the effectiveness of these frameworks forIT service quality management and offers recommendations for selecting the appropriate framework based on organizational needs andgoals

A survey of the detailed quantitative assessment of the vulnerability of the Nile Delta coast of ... more A survey of the detailed quantitative assessment of the vulnerability of the Nile Delta coast of Egypt to the impacts of SLR and land subsidence is presented. Remote sensing, GIS and modeling techniques are used together with ground-based surveys to assess vulnerability of the most important economic and historic centers along the coast, the Governorates of Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh and Damietta. The technique has also readily applicable to other vulnerable areas of the coastal zone of Egypt such as the governorate of Suez, Port Said and Matruh for future planning. The results indicated that, the Mediterranean coastal governorates are ranked as low-moderate and high vulnerable to the SLR. Also, in these governorates alone, over 4 million people will have abandon their homes, 0.5 million jobs and tourism income may also be lost due to SLR. The loss of the world famous historic, cultural and archeological sites is unaccountable. The severe land-use interference and the large population involved and conflicting requirements for the development makes it necessary to use decision-support systems based on GIS for future development and planning of these areas. Short-term adaptation measures are also necessary in the frame of the no regrets policy, involving beach nourishment, sand dune fixation, upgrading awareness and building institutional capability in the integrated coastal zone management are highly recommended.

The quantitative assessment of the vulnerability of the Nile Delta coast of Egypt to the impacts ... more The quantitative assessment of the vulnerability of the Nile Delta coast of Egypt to the impacts of SLR and land subsidence is presented the answer for the following questions; analysing the risks, ranking the vulnerability and suggesting adaptation measures. Determine the social and biophysical vulnerability demonstrates the asymmetrical impacts of the SLR on the Mediterranean coast of Egypt, select areas at risk in Al Behairah governorate. Geographic information system (GIS) and Remote sensing (RS) techniques are powerful tool for handling and organized spatial information that can help to assess the ranges of vulnerability ranking for the study area. Geostatistical analysis using ArcGIS 9.3 of the studied governorate indicated that large parts of their coastal areas subject to be lost and buried under sea water by the year 2100. The study revealed that the risk degree is moderate to high (35-60%). Field study shows that SLR is the more extensive criterion affecting the northern Nile Delta region. For examples, the rise of Sea level leads to death of palm trees in Rashid and increases the chemical weathering of historical archaeological sites. In addition to, the ground water table level instability increases the distortion and inclination of building and infrastructure.

The studies examine key factors influencing reimbursement patterns, which include geographical vicinity, position specialization, years of enjoy, and gender distribution. Our analysis reveals considerable earnings variations across most important generation hubs, with metropolitan towns like Bengaluru, New Delhi, and Mumbai commanding top class compensations. The look at identifies that specialized roles in Cloud Architecture, Data Science, and DevOps command the best salaries, with common compensations ranging from ₹18-22 lakhs annually. Experience is essential, with the maximum substantial earnings growth discovered within the five-10-12 months' bracket. The studies also highlight gender distribution styles across exceptional roles, identifying areas requiring interest for accomplishing higher illustration. This analysis gives valuable insights for enterprise stakeholders, recruitment specialists, and policymakers, contributing to a better know-how of reimbursement dynamics in India's IT region.

This paper provides a comprehensive examination of modern information-cleaning methodologies, focusing on their sensible packages and effectiveness across diverse datasets. We analyze six primary categories of information cleansing techniques: missing statistics management, outlier detection, information standardization, reproduction removal, consistency validation, and data type transformations. Our systematic assessment exhibits that automated information cleansing pipelines, at the same time efficient, require careful configuration primarily based on area context. Key findings imply that hybrid procedures-combining statistical techniques with area-precise policies-attain advanced consequences compared to standalone strategies, showing a 23% improvement in statistically satisfactory metrics. We also perceive that early-stage records validation significantly reduces downstream processing mistakes by 45%. The implications of this research suggest that companies ought to implement iterative facts-cleaning workflows, incorporating continuous validation and area expert remarks. Furthermore, our findings emphasize the significance of documenting cleansing decisions to ensure reproducibility and keep information lineage. This work offers a structured framework for practitioners to select and implement suitable facts-cleaning techniques based totally on their particular use cases and facts characteristics.
